Founder and Principal

India Gary-Martin is the founder and CEO of Leadership For Execs and developed Aspire to address the needs of both emerging and experienced executives. India is a public, private and non-executive director. She has many years of corporate C-Suite experience and has worked at bulge bracket investment banks including JPMorgan, Lehman Brothers and Deutsche Bank. India has lived on 3 continents and is sought after by CEO's and their leadership teams from around the world for her unique experience and perspective. She was named one of the top 50 Business Women in Europe and top 100 Black business leaders in the UK, while an expat. She is on the coaching faculty at Georgetown University's Executive Masters in Leadership Program and is a guest instructor at Howard University's Department of Corporate Education. India studied at Spelman College and London Business School.

DR. KENNEDY SCHULTZ

Head of Learning & Development

With over 30 years experience as an educator, Dr. Schultz is lead curriculum designer with responsibility for all program content. She has worked closely with clients in the corporate, government and not-for-profit spaces, and designs bespoke enterprise programs for corporate clients. She is an expert at facilitating professional learning, coaching, research, and trans-disciplinary curriculum development with a focus on cultural intelligence and diversity, equity and inclusion. Dr. Schultz is a professional facilitator and coach and is also the co-architect of the Aspire program. Dr. Schultz is also certified in a number of leadership assessment tools. She studied at the University of Wooster (BA) and University of Wisconsin (MA and PhD). She completed DEI coursework at the University of South Florida.

STEPHEN CLARKE

Lead Facilitator

As a corporate executive, Stephen led  organizational strategy, business transformation and global change management programs. He specializes in innovation, talent management and high potential & executive leadership development. He is an expert facilitator and leads development programs for medium and large corporations and not-for-profits. Stephen has global experience with clients fron the US, Canada, Europe, Asia and the Middle East and leads program facilitation for Leadership For Execs. Having completed his post graduate degrees in the UK (both a Master's in Leadership and MBA), he began his corporate career in the UK at Deloitte and has worked at Pepsi, IBM and McKesson.

ALICIA CHIN-GREER

Executive Coach and Facilitator

Alicia Greer is a keynote speaker and coach with professional experience that includes; inspirational leadership, motivational speaking, team building, operations management, change management, strategic planning and business management. A veteran of the US Army, Alicia oversaw all Human Resource aspects of the 4500-person Combat Engineer Brigade and served two tours in Afghanistan and Iraq. In her post-military career, Alicia was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs before coaching and keynoting full-time. Alicia leads the presentation and public speaking component of the Aspire Program.

NICK LOVEGROVE

Executive Coach & Facilitator

Nick is an author, educator, coach and strategic adviser to businesses, governments and non-profits. He is a Professor of the Practice at Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business, teaching the lessons learned from his 35-year career at McKinsey, Albright Stonebridge and Brunswick - advising CEOs & senior executives, building stronger institutions and developing exceptional talent. He also draws upon the research that led to his book, The Mosaic Principle, coaching and advising senior and emerging executives on the most opportunities and challenges in life and work. In addition to his work at Georgetown, Nick is also a guest professor at Oxford University in England. Nick holds master's degrees from Oxford, Harvard and Insead.

DIANE GARZA

Executive Coach & Facilitator

Diane has worked with Georgetown University for more than 12 years, where she has specialized in designing and delivering executive programs for leaders from the public, private and nonprofit sectors from more than 20 countries. Diane holds a Bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University and a Master’s Degree in Social Responsibility from Anahuac University in Mexico. She has a Certification in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University and postgraduate studies in leadership from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. She has implemented custom leadership training and coached professionals at companies such as Microsoft, WeWork, Bloomberg, Workday, Yalo, National Geographic, Morgan Stanley, Uber Eats, Burger King, Popeye’s among others.
